PAYMENT POLICY. Payments we accept. Online PayPal payments including credit Card, visa. You can also pay via PayPal link. Please note that payments for counselling services are required on the day of your session if you are not paying online I will send you a PayPal invoice thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellation policy - Cancellations must be done 24 hours before your appointment send an SMS or a Full fee will be charged we understand that things happen if you have to cancel so we may be able to work around your cancellation thank you for cooperation.
During sessions I will, with your permission, take notes to keep track of our goals and progress together.
Any hard copy notes, records or correspondence from other practitioners will be stored in a locked filing cabinet which can only be accessed by myself as your counsellor. Computer records/files/correspondence will also be kept securely to prevent loss or security breaches.
All notes will be held securely until 7 years after your final appointment with this service. After this time they will be securely destroyed in accordance with all relevant laws and ethical requirements.
Should you wish to view a summary of your notes, you may submit a request in writing to leisamareecounselling@gmail.com and this will be provided to you at the earliest opportunity.

Our counseling business does not bulk bill as counsellors are not allowed to bulk bill with Medicare. But we do cheaper prices for people on a pensioner or healthcare card. Individual video counseling for 1 hour is $60.00. Individual telehealth counseling for 45 minutes is $60.00. Walk and talk individual counseling for 1 hour is $60.00. As counsellors are not allowed to bulk bill.
